It's the two day mini season, went over the reef (if you want to call it that) right offshore. Man how sad, the reef used to span several miles it is now basically dead, we saw very little life on it, some small fish, nothing of color, after diving the reefs in the bahamas you really realize how horrible things are off of florida. Most of it has turned black, I saw only a few small spots that appeared to be living, some urchins here and there and a tiny glowing squid that came right up to me, then i think he flipped me the bird and scooted off. No lobster. The mini season was a total bust here, guess i should have hit the keys, i'll just wait till the bahamas.

I think you'll be able to find another use for your tickle stick.

Wow. I thought you were being naughty and then I googled "tickle stick" and found this:

I use the acrylic tickle sticks, the lobsters don't seem to be able to see them or at least that is theory. I was going to try a snare this time, but obviously since I did not see any i could not try it. May have to wait until the bahamas.
