I have to agree with GoRacer on this one... you have so much more potential.... Get some smaller more stylish glasses or contacts and that would help out a bunch... highlight your hair a bit, and layer it..... I think those two details coudl improve your look a lot...
If you actually want to think bout gettin a new pair of glasses... let me know, I will hook you up, as long as you take some good pics with the new specs (I am serious bout this, I work at lenscrafters and can get you 50% off coupons...).... PM me if you want me to try and get you a coupon... but remember if I send you one you have to send pics with the new specs... You would look good in some Anne Klein frames, or possibly some Genny... or Avant Garde...
