Your welds are knarly due to insufficient voltage at the transformer. It needs to be run on a dedicated 20 AMP cicut minumum

I actually got that for doing some custom work on someones hot-rod I know the guy, and he worked at a welding store as a repair tech so he had a few that he basically built.



I got the power unit, torch, reg and tank for um.......a good 20 hrs of work
