I am installing the new search setup as we speak, hope to have search back up within a couple hours.

Quad Core CPU (like 4 cpus), 8 gigs of ram, 2 terabytes of Raid1 drives.

 

I predict the whole thing will go very smoothly since the RAID drives will kill bugs dead!

Not sure if any of this is the reason, but from work nopistons is no longer blocked by websense, it makes me happy. Hopefully this is for good, I miss wasting time on np at work (and I barely use the computer at home).

 

Oh I thought you were saying it WAS blocked.

 

It's been blocked for me at work for a bit over a year, hence my dramatic reduction in post whoring.
