with that code, the image would display but no link. Also you don't need a img close tag.

Go to the bookstore, they have several great manuals for it, read a chapter in the middle and see how it reads. Some read easier for some then others, basically you wanna make sure its something you can easily read through even if you don't know what it's talking about right off.
