Hello all , as some of you may or may not know some of my friends and myself are going to open up a performance shop. Now I am in charge of the web development of the site. I made a flash intro, nothing fancy just to point. This is also a rough draft so there will be many changes to this before it actually becomes the intro. I need some feedbakc. I used SWISH to make this but I also have Macromedia Director MX, though I have never used it before it looks extremly confusing. Also, this is not going to be where its hosted all the time. Right now its on a free server, so if you get an error or something its probably becasue it has already used up its allowed bandwidth per day. ANywho this file i thin is about 850kb so if your on dial try it out and let me know hwo long it took you to d/l

Ok..I'm on dial up...And it took too long...I'm on a 56k; and well(For my girlfriends ISP, it really sucks. I'm use to DSL, but you want Dialup info...so..)

Flash is not always good...unless its small..

If you have images(which I'm sure you do) use an image compressor, like Ulead Gif Compressor. It compresses your images so the aren't as large(kb).

Use an HTML editor that supports HTML compressing. That takes out whats not needed in an HTML document.

And of course, don't use a crappy server...
