i had the rb holley kit on a 12a years ago, it didnt do much under 3000rpms but it had plenty of power up top :bigthumg:

why are you looking at a carb?? i thought u were going turbo??

I am going turbo, but I don't wanna deal with getting all the ECU crap for the s5 engine.. Plus the carb is simple to setup and will be a bit cheaper.. I am gonna do a blow thru turbo setup.. One of the guys on the Mazdarepu Forum just did the T2 swap with a haltech.. It is nice but I wanna do something Different...

My older Brother collects mazinger stuff.. He has all the episodes on DVD.. He has action figures and models and all kinds of wierd **** like that..

I have had a Holley carburators on alot of cars, never had any problems and

they are super easy to tune/adjust.

Holley carb on my:

1984 trans am w/350

1981 Z-28 w/350

1980 Z-28 w/396

1981 Cutlass w/454, as well as when it had a 350

1982 Jeep w/360

1978 Trans am w/400

Come to think of it I never had a carburated car without a Holley on it!

so, u wanna do something different...how about a dual carb/dual turbo setup. or a 12A triple rotor. now thats a bit different. lol
