RD and I are bidding on a website job that will basically be an online database for 30-40 commercial properties that can be searched on a clickable map or by a text box search. The database will have an online form for the people to update the information or add locations. Anyway, I was just wondering a price range for a site like this, since neither of us are really sure what to charge. There will probably be 150-200 pages all together, but most of them will be generated/linked by the database. They will include floor plans, images of the exteriors of the buildings, demographic information, etc...

 

I charge $50.00 to $75.00 per hour depending on the work. Estimate the hours invloved and go from there.



You should go by what you figure your time worth... basically.

Well charge them what would make you not dread doing the project.. otherwise ti isn't worth doing. I have had a couple projects where I just said **** it, I charge $500.00 an hour, cause I didn't want to do it at all.
