My mom's agent is doing the same thing...they're the best when it comes to handling any kind of claim.

My friend has been driving without insurance on and off for the last 2 years. Everytime he stops paying it they lower his premium. It started at 240 a month, and is now down to 155. LOL

if hte police got the plates, it's not too hard to find out where the guy lives and get his insurance from him.
