w00t, good times, so the sink backed up, the vent pipe apparently is broken which dumped the water over my porch roof and subsequently down my kitchen wall.



I really dont like many aspects of homeownership. I've got to admit that declining value is the least of my dislikes

 

oh yea fridge crapped out last week.

We just got a new fridge, the old one was leaking water all over the floor, and looked incredibly nasty (was originally white). We got an LG "french door" style, with the freezer on the bottom. I like the layout.
