Doing this is forbidden as of memo #55 forbidding the mutilation or destruction of any memo after memo #2 as memo #1a on the red form was about the bosses sexual fixation on pull tabs off of old soda containers. He was later removed under for other reasons that have nothing to do with memos or the lack thereof.
At any rate, if you have any complaints or questions about this, please send a memo (using memo #3a and the green form, not #3 which incorrectly stated that the TPS forms were wrong).
