The problem is that I don't do anything special. A quote from my friend:

"You have no technique. All you do is go and fight gravity."



You could probably get in really good shape if you drag an engine around. Dragging heavy weights is good, but you look like a weirdo if you do it when people are around.

we have been doing that alot lately.....everyone get a corner and lift 4 feet high lol

No. I mean just leave it on the ground and drag it around on the ground. If you can lift it and carry it around, even better. The great weightlifter Alexeev used to walk in wasit-deep water as part of his training.

70 pounds?? well it really isnt how much u weight. its more of how the weight is proportioned/partitioned.



like today i went to get some blood drawn. the nurse was like, "its hard to see the vein, theres too much fat on top of it..."

It's easy at first, but you'll tire out quickly when you're down low dragging it.

i've been there. i had a 250lb TV on my back going up the stairs....... wow that REALLY sucked....i'm still here to talk about it though haha
