Where can I get info on vin # look up for pre 1980? I have a rx2 and im looking for info on it.

Also I have a bill of sale can I get the title for the car that way.

The title usually comes from the owner.. unless the previous owner didn't have one, in which case you need to go to the Department Of Licensing and have a new title issued..

I got the car from a dealer..(he is trying to get the title too) the car has been sitting since 1981!!! the dealer never change the title and they lost it.
