The 1999 **** its injector pump this morning. So it needs a rebuilt pump (price range 1000-2000 for the pump). Plus the 99 needs new ball joints and some maintenance

The 92 is running, but needs an AC Compressor, various parts and the transmission is going to need a rebuild soon.

The dilemma is which truck to keep and fix.

Before I sound like a complete ***, I'm not a big dodge fan.......at all lol

You should be able to find a remanned pump for much cheaper. The ball joints themselves aren't badly priced but you'll need a ball joint press to get those out. Overall the first one sounds a bit easier and cheaper if you do it right but needs special tools. But then again so does doing the AC work, and the trans work is something I won't even touch. Something else to look at is the bearings on the front of the trucks. I've seen more bearing issues with dodge pickups than any other make.

Not sure if it's relevant, but on April 15, 1689 French King Louis XIV declared war on Spain.

I would probably focus my efforts on the newer truck, but that might vary depending on overall condition and mileage.
