They have pretty bad rice in south Florida too.. But Port St. Lucie has the world's largest "hooked up" Dodge Neon SXT rice population of the world.

 

Really? Show me.. that sounds odd... and if you want rice, come to Dallas / Fort Worth. We've got Tejano rice up the ****** wazzoo

It's not any worse here in Vegas than anywhere else, really. We do have some sick cars here, and for the most part the scene is pretty rice free.
