That site blows. There is so much drama going on over there. First board moderators start giving anyone and everyone MOD privileges, then the site was hacked or something was down for like 2 days, now you go over there and you get "The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later." its been like this all after noon. If this wasn't NOPISTONS.COM i would say have a sub forum here. This board rocks.

I guess thats what we get for putting V8's into RX-7's LOL shows us.

And that is why i still pay for this forum......

I stopped going there after it seemed that either no one has ever put a 302 in an FC, or the people that have no longer use the internet...ever.

(actually I found ONE guy that's still active, I've emailed him a bunch of times, very helpful)

norotors.com is where they are all heading.

They are a good group of guys, VERY technical, no bullshit sleepy eyes topics and very good problem solvers

LMFAO that site was started by a bunch of guys in ft. wayne, IN. lol there are about 5 v8 rx-7's up there and so they started their own forum to talk about it. they're also on the "other" rx7 forum in the "ft wayne IN Rotor social club meet" in the midwest subsection. digital solo is always there to talk trash or convert all those with rotories haha

It's been a fairly spectacular melt down of a forum to watch.

The guy who claims "ownership", Brian Smith, shut it down. He did an upgrade to the site about two weeks ago. He locked everything down to the point where if you wanted to use the website you had to be a paid member. 3 PM's total per user, no search, etc. Shortly after most of the users paid up via Paypal subscriptions, he then locked the co-owner out of the site and a couple of days later took it offline. He's now threatening to delete the database unless someone pays him $5K.

Complete douchebag.

Users are out of their money, Paypal won't help.

This is the same assclown who wrote a half *** book on the V8RX7 swap based off information he stole off the forums.

NoRotors.com appears to be a great site. I split my time between here and there. Although... both of my RX-7's still have NoPistons.com stickers on them, the stock vert and the LS6 GTU.

The v8 guys are certainly welcome here, but in the same respect I can understand them not wanting to wade through a bunch of tech that doesn't apply to them and vise versa. Never hurts to have more info!!
