This is to alert anyone that is interested about the 2009 USMC Mud Run. I did this mud run last year and had a freaking blast. My team finished in the top ten percent last year. This year we have a new team name, switched out one of our teamates, and are shooting for better. This year team Bang Gang is shooting for top ten. Check out the website http://www.usmcmudrun.net/index.html it's 4.2 miles of lots of different obstacles, hills, running and mud. Lots of mud. It is a blast. There are lots of mud runs around the nation too, so if you are interested look at what's available in your area. That is all. Team Bang Gang, no longer just a motorcycle club.
