lol, yeah. the tr3 had multiple offers, and every suburban we sell ends up needing a transmission....

 

we just had our monthly technician meeting. our manager gave us the run down of all the numbers, and polls, and pie charts, and ratings, and indexes, BLAH. basically said we need to work more and quit letting the service writers give away free labor to pist customers....

 

when our service writers to that jack gets mad and yells at em. it works.



we had an rx8 come in with a stereo that didnt work right, writer goes, sure we'll just get another one. jack gets the car turns on the radio, hears the subs, opens the trunk see's the amp, looks at the radio and sees where its broken, and yells at corey for writing it up as warranty.



now corey writes everything as customer pay.....

 

hah goodtimes...

 

the pay is kinda so/so hours suck, but the entertainment is great. dennis bet us if such and such fixed the car, we could cut his head off and chop it into little pieces.....

 

don't yall have a vpa set by mazda? sometimes chrysler would be stupid and say 80 new cars in january. then in april they would set it at 55....good thing I don't sell cars anymore

 

oh yeah, but we're talking used. sometimes we'll get 5 truck loads of new cars at once. and then with all the worldpac we've been doing, the other truck is for parts, its kinda nuts around here
