Who cares, every other government in the world is corrupt as well, at least our scum sucking media airs our laundry where the whole world can see, so we can't be tooo corrupt. Look at france, it's still run by racists and is heavily influenced by organized crime. Their only reason for bitching about us going to iraq is because they were selling weapons to them that we weren't supposed to know about, and iraq was hooking them up w/ oil in exchange. They did't want saddam gone because they were buddies!!

Yes the US has a lot of bad ****, but if you dont think it's the best place to be right now you've seriously gotta explore things out a bit more.
Lets face it, your living in the smoothest most peacefull prosperous time on the planet. It didnt happen cause people where not involved. A lot of blood has gone into what we all enjoy today, and you, ungratefull bastich, dont aprove?

If the US did what all the damn hippies want and stopped throwing it's weight around I'd be interested in seeing what happened. After all, What if Saddam kept Kuwait and decided to Embargo the US? Something that small and easy for him to do would cause a lot of **** for the economy. True. And who's the greatest boon to most countries economies? the US! Why look at that! Imagine worldwide commerce falling even worse due to just standing aside.

Yes if you don't like it leave, see what its like in another country. I've been to many and every time I've come back to the US I'm more thankful for what we have. I have a great Idea for you sidewinder7. go live in singapore, and while you are there spit on the sidewalk a few time, or chew some gum. I bet you will love the beating you get for it..and it be legal there. I have only lived in one place I'd ever consder moving to, thats Japan (mainly for the wemon and cars

This government does shitty things everyone knows that, espacally people who serve it (like myself). The only thing I can say to you is If you don't like the way some things are done in government, Run for office when you can and try to make changes that you think will help. Bitching about it don't help anything.
