I think ups does a pretty damn good job. I ordered something from Summit on a Friday. They did what I paid them to do, and sure enough, I had that part the next day. A Saturday.

Are you sure the shipper actually shipped it? Do you have a tracking number?

Everything I've shipped via UPS has arrived damaged. My brother bought a hood from ebay, guy took pics AT ups of it boxed up nicely incased in bubblewrap... recieved it dented and bent to **** sandwiched between 2 slipsheets wrapped in packaging tape around the middle. I send backup tapes for work, FedEx gets them there exactly how they left, UPS returns them from 1 location and the plastic cases are cracked in multiple locations.

Had amazing service by DHL... shipped 4 wheels from Louisiana to Dallas in about 12 hours. Left LA at ~10:30pm and arrived before noon.

I used to work for UPS. I took great care when loading my trucks and I was still faster than everyone else. It's just that the shitty management takes away just about everyone's will to work hard. I avoid using UPS at any cost. If an ebay seller only uses UPS I won't even bid.
