So i need an apostilled copy of our marriage license for our residency in costa rica. Florida will only accept this request via mail, so I send it off.
Today I get a letter, open it thinking it's the marriage cert, NOPE, it's a letter saying that i should recieve the cert in 3 to 5 days, now honestly how can anyone find it logical to send a letter to inform you that you'll be recieving a letter. Only a gov't organization could possible feel that this makes sense.

It would seem that it would take the same amount of time to print and notarize the document as it would to print and send the document notifying me that the document will soon be documented via the documentation documenter.
They need a decider.

It couldn't properly be called government if it didn't have an absurd amount of idiotic procedures, all of which take taxpayer dollars and **** them away.
Welcome to NY.
