Well that's a tough one, in every disaster you see that when mount saint helens blew there were people that wouldn't leave and died there were people here that wouldn't leave their trailer even though odds are they will be killed.



To older people I think that often all they have is their homes, the things they have accumulated over the years and figure if they don't have those things they would rather be dead. I dunno.........
