As long as a south florida house doesn't smell like old people, it's a good house.



Just out of curiousity, what's behind the back yard? You've got some nice privacy bushes there.

I believe there is some kind of drainage or something back there, that neighborhood is full so whatever it is I doubt it's going there. The people living there... well I would say older, but I think they are about my age LOL



I won't have inside pics until we get down there, it's wall to wall tile, which Amy and I both wanted, after having carpets in the condo I swore I would never own a house with carpets again, they are impossbile to keep clean, I shampoo'd the carpets once a month at the old place and the **** that I would clean out of the carpets would make ya wanna hurl. There is one room with carpet which we are going to replace with tile, but we are going to have one empty room anyhow. We had 1,080 square feet in the condo, we've got 1700 something in this place.
