Yeah when i was working for this local paving company we ended up paying for alot of accidents/damage if the driver could show that the road caused it. Private corporation vs the county/state (it depends on who the road belongs to) but nonetheless....I'd definitely give it a try.
I emailed them photos and they called and left a message shortly there after, going to have to give them a call and see what they say, but they sounded interested in the situation.
