Hmm, don't know what research you did, but google Fight Your Speeding Tickets, with "canadian sites only" checked. There is a greater website out there for fighting tickets in Ontario.

Better have all the facts, and know the laws that you are sighted for..or your not getting out of it.

 

**** it, just go in there, slap your **** on the table and walk out.

 

Thats what lawyers are for. I think it's a 180 and they can get you out of almost anything as long as you didn't touch another car.

Funny how there is one just for Ontario...

 

i've had 6 tickets.. yes 6, thrown out in the past month and a half by going to see the DA and telling them that i'll be out of the country before the court date. I tell them that i'm being deployed again, and ask what can i do to take care of them. they reduced my 77 in a 55 ticket to 60 in a 55, let me pay the small fine for it and threw the other 5 tickets away. I've used this trick several other times in the past also.

 

maybe you'll get lucky like me, i rearended some kia, because of a city bus, got charged with careless, went to fight the ticket he never showed, hope your as lucky as me colin, good luck
