The V8 LS I drove a few years back was pretty interesting, but hardly noteworthy for its price class. Best Lincoln is a 3 year old Town Car, which starts life as a $50k automobile, and 3 years later, it's a cheap used car if you need lots of space and room for a half-dozen bodies in the trunk. I have always outright hated the Navigator as one of the most remarkably ugly, not to mention gaudy vehicles on the planet.
But I salute you for buying an American product. I just wish they made one that I could like.

A Toyota is more American than most "domestics" now.
