I used to get baseball to softball sizes out of it. I believe the stuff I used had some "Archie" marketing with them.

they still make that plastic bubble ****, gotta watch late night infomercials, and i found some at the dollar store the other day in fact, but dollar stores carry all old **** anyway.

I was fairly successful with it too... though i never really understood the point. i could do the same thing with bubble gum, and the gum tasted a whole hell of a lot better....
