Besides, FD drivers are FD drivers because they want to be. Nobody just happens across an ad in the paper for an FD and decides it'll be a good college car, whereas I see people all the time in FBs and FCs that don't have a clue what they're driving, what it's history is, or that there's anything unusual about the powerplant. It's just another car to them, one that happened to fit their budget and seemed reliable enough to get them where they need to go. No one mistakes the FD for "just another car".
