LOL Jim! You busting my ***** about the LS1 Yeah, I figured i'd take the blue one out next week. But you know what, I have seen a pickup truck with a V8 in the bed.



I had just left right at 11:00 pm, so you just missed me. I'll try to get some pics of my truck beside another truck to put it in perspective.

I bet at times like this you wish you had your FD again? I have considered going to the ricer meet w/ my Mini. I always end up taking the FC. You never know who will be talking smack.



I had a chance to run a heavily modded Corrado once. That car sounded sick its S/C would scream!! My mini would have been beat down.

Seemed like the Mustang club of Tulsa was out. When i showed up there were 3 Cobras a GT or so and some v6's. It was cool, they all left at the same time and got onto that nearby highway. It was fun watching them shoot onto it one after another. There was a few SS's out one was supercharged i think, a few MKIVs and a bunch of MKIIIs. Supposedly a guy i know with a MB 3rd gen stopped by earlier but when i showed up it was sad, a parking lot full of people and one rotary, i almost cried.

Yeah it made me miss the FD badly. All these guys talking about this guy ran this and this guys car is this fast and blah blah blah. I would be a hero in the mini community if I could do the 1 rotor mini thing. Several of those guys talk about rotary swaps, but no one has ever done it succesfully. Someday when I have money again, I might attempt the project. Oh well, heres a pic of the grocery getter truck.
