What I did on the Dodge

TODAY:

1. Pumped fuel from main tank to aux tank via a pony pump thru a water seperating filter

2. Dropped Tank

3. Wiped tank clean and dry, no visible dirt on towels to speak of

4. Inspected pickup screen, had a couple "spots" ofcrud on the screen, no larger tham a pencil eraser diameter combined.

5. Reinstalled tank and refilled via pony pump and water seperating filter

Cant get any suction from the tank after I re-installed it. Any ideas of what to look for?

yes a really good hooker, great suction.



no but seriously, resinspect any and all rubber seals, even the semmingly useless ones if theyre not on perfectly it doesnt suck...which sucks.



that and make sure the output line is connected to the pump...unless it external of course.

I have a gut feeling I cracked the line. Cant get any flow from the tank connected to the vacuum pump. Of course its that new fangked hard plastic line crap
