my subaru needs tires, already! Id rather sell the car than get new tires...

My wife was like that. Then some dumbass (me) talks her into keeping her Olds Intrigue and putting a set of tires on it. Six months later the motor craps out with 69k on it.

Moral: It is always best to throw away your car when it needs tires, unless it's an RX-7.
