Today for instance. The "kid" that works for me just got back last week from a medical leave since the middle of december. He hasnt shown up at all this week, he is "sick". But since he works for a diff company, he has better benefits. To put the icing on the cake, We found out the co. he works for gave all their employees a 7 1/2% bonus; and his company is a SUBCONTRACTOR to the company I work for.
So not only have I had to cover my work, but his also, while he gets a bonus.
