Others have told me it's my first offense, i may be able to tell the clerk BEFORE i go to the judge i want diversion and they CANNOT turn me down? then it doesn't go on my record...
If that worked, you can forever get tickets and it only be your first offense.

can't do either, i have simply enough to pay the ticket and hope for diversion, i'm looking for info on how to beat the ticket intelligently without a laywer, without cheating.

If you dont have the money to pay for your indescritions, then YOU SHOULDNT HAVE BENN ******* SPEEDING. If you cant afford a lawyer to beat the rap, thats too bad, all you can do is throw yourself at the mercy of the court.

Let me guess? You cant afford your car payment if your insurance goes up? Thats GODS way of telling you that you cant afford the car you are driving.

so chill the **** out and realize that your stupid *** ticket isn't the end of the ******* world. either fight it in court, or pay it. end of ******* story.

you sure dramon or hand wouldnt be up there for all the gay and asian call boy comments made about them?

oh and Koi, have you considered talking to the DA to see if he can cut you some sort of deal like community service or something? thats what I did and i only had to pay court costs and do some community service on my first offense

From his lack of responses I must surmise he is either:

1.Used up his allotment of time on the computer, and his mommie said its time to do his homework

or

2. Its his shift at the drive-thru for Mcdonalds

He only strikes back because I told him to shut up, asked for help, and he's being a fuckface. The lack of responses is taking my lunch break at work because legally you're supposed to have a 1 hour break when you work an 8 hour shift or more, like 10 hours in this case.

Lothema, thanks for the info I'll call the DA and see if they can work something out, I'd be willing to do pretty much anything, the ticket itself is the expensive part. I'll see what they are willing to do, I'm willing to be as flexible as "a reed in the wind" at this point really. I called them earlier, she said she would be surprised if the judge did anything but tell me not to do diversion. I'll be shaving my mohawk and taking out my lip ring it would appear, slacks, tie and nice shirt...

Correction (anything but diversion)
