I've been told that i can take them anywhere??? I'm too much of a ***** to take them to the local wall-mart. Any suggestions?

My sister worked there and she told me that they weren't allowed to not print the pics.. As long as the person pictured wasn't obviously underage, and even then they were just to have the police investigate.. But yeah,
