Yup. I've had my heart ripped out and stomped on. It hurts like hell for a while, but ECKO is right. It would be a lot worse for her to walk out on you after you were married. For a time you will long for her, and all those nice memories will haunt you, but you will get through it. Keep busy, spend time with friends, do things you enjoy. You will meet someone even better.

All kidding aside sorry to hear that. Stay as busy as possible it helps to not sit and brood.

And put the gun down now!!!

Thanks for the support guys.

The ***** way out is looking pretty attractive, still.

I'm so confused. My mind is so fucked right now. I suppose, all in all, I'm happy she made a choice that's best for her. Although, it all makes me wonder if I should have pulled her from the Platte River that december night when she decided life was not worth living.

Let me share a story.....I was dating this girl for 3 years, asked her to marry me, she said yes, we got a house, everything was good right? Wrong, she stopped wearing her ring and decided we shouldn't be together. I found out the next day when she called me that she was pregnant, and not with my baby. She fucked some dude younger than me. It was the hardest thing I'd ever dealt with. We were 3 months from getting married. I'm glad it happened sooner than later. My point is, it will be hard for a while but in the long run there's a reason for it. Keep your head up bro.

sometimes I feel that I should be seriously dating a girl, or possibly married by now (24), but seems like 80% of guys that I've talked to, have either A) completely changed their life to conform to what their wife wants or B) are not truely happy and wish that they had just stayed single.

I know that this doesn't help to easy any pain, but a lot of times things like these can be a blessing in disguise. You might meet the girl of your dreams in a week or a year, and would've never had the opportunity if you were still dating your ex.

Just think of all the money you can spend on your car now!!!!

what you need is a hot chick that's about 6 years younger than you that loves to ummmmmmm. you kno that always helped me get over ex's.

True.

I went through the same bullshit 3 yrs ago; And a year ago I met my preasent girlfrend. My girlfriend now is the ****. She lets me do what ever I want, and shes all about helpin' me fix my FC up...just gotta get lucky I guess...

Atleast she not with you now, not wanting to be with you. That would be miserable for the both of you.

she was the girl of my dreams.

Our life was full of endless nights, wild parties, intelligent conversation, incredible sex, fast cars, hard work and (obviously fake now) love.

I'm just searching for some motivation to get up and dust myself off now. Still in shock. Still in pain.

EDIT: I suppose the FD needs to be reassembled, off to try that. Problem is, she and I just spent last weekend laughing while we stripped the interior for cleaning.. ****, even my passion isn't free from memories. Kinda makes me hate myself.
