just spent a while downloading Initial D - 1st stage #'s 1 -7 from Kazaa, wow this show is awesome, i've always liked anime since there's almost always suspense and each show is linked to the last unlike 99% of American shows, i don't know why but i like the linking to previous shows thing, and the only thing in america TV i know of that does that is soap operas, and well that just aint something i wanna watch



however this initialD stuff is something i could watch all day!

i dl them one at a time on my 56k dial up. i get one and as soon as it completes ill start the next one and then watch that one. it takes a day or two. they have the dvds on ebay. i saw a complete set one there. it had first and second stages. battle stage. the movie and something else. it was 5 dvds. man i wanted that thing.

Just a personal taste thing, but I'd hold off on the d/l's if you live in the states...the DVDs are supposed to be out any time now from Tokyopop. Of course, I heard they were supposed to be out forever ago, but at least the comics they're based on are available.

i download the whole 600+Mb of the "INitial D - 3rd stage - Movie" but the thing is like an hour and 45 minutes long...gotta make time to watch it haha



yea i read somewhere they changed the characters names and **** for a US conversion or something, i think it was on Initial D Heaven website or something.

there is a game for the japanese ps2 thats called drift king thats very much like Inital D. and the drift king had a hand in it so you know its good.
