I got a ticket last night for 20 over and the cop who pulled me over didnt have his parking lights on when he radared me. can they do that isnt that like entrapment or something? is there anything i can do about it?

LOL entrapment? No way. Entrapment is when he encouraged your speeding or breaking the law, by say...rev'ing at you at a street light, in some undercover rice cop car or something.



This is in no way entrapment, merely you getting busted for doing 20 over. The best thing you could do about it is Bend over and take it, beg for mercy, and then slow down.

In NC.. a lawyer can have it reduced to improper equipement if it's 76mph or less, he's any good. I only know this because i got pulled for 22 over last month. Which was 77 mph





Waiting to see what my lawyer can do with that......

theres no way i was doing 20 over that would put me at 45 and i would be in the bottom of 5th gear and i wasnt in fifth.
