I have X-Box live now. I forgot that Toca Race Driver 2 has online racing.



I jump in on a quick race come in 3rd. I figure that is pretty good for not having played the game for close to 4 months.



I decide to jump into a 10 race series. Its full of Brits. First race I stay clear of the leading pack running in 5 of about 12 cars. Toward the last 1/2 of the last lap I move in on them and 3 of the 4 wreck. I come in 2nd.



This seemed to **** off a few of them. They then decide to push me when ever they can.



What pissed me off was one of them making a comment that my driving lines suck. But, he is basically running into the sand traps at the end of every long straight.



I end up coming in at the back of the next 3 races as they play demolition derby with me.



By the last 2 races I decide to hand back a little. One of the Brits does the same making sure I stay out of the race. He makes a mistake at the beginning of the last lap I get by him and run away from him cathing the leading pack. But, one of them goes after me and takes me out.



Last race:



I decide to stay mid pack and drive defensively. On the last lap 3 turns from the finish I am in 4th place and one of the ******* decides to put his front bumper into my rear and push me off the track in the braking zone for a hairpin. I got on the brakes early and hard and stayed on them until I was almost stopped then punched it and took off around the turn. I saw the ****** go off the road and into the sand. Right as I got with in 50 feet of the finish line in 4th place I hit my brakes hard with him behind me and he rear ended me.



He called me a ******* american..... sadly the only one in that series.



I guess this was my welcome to X-box online racing.



Now I just have to figure out how to trigger the mike so I can banter back at them.

ahh yes, i used to play Toca 2 Challege on the PC a few years ago. Fun game.

Anyone know how to toggle the mike on to talk??

I think it's either the black or white button on the right.

on XBL you hit the big black button where the headphone plugs in. you will see a green light for on, red for off

Bah the mic does not work on either handset. I think its because I tweeked the buttons to a custom setup. I will reset them to default.



I got booted from a race because my rating was too low. LOL!! I came in 3rd in the race previous before they booted me. I was driving around them t-boned into the walls with their 2000+ rating.



I need a mic so I can tell these ****'s off.

Jim- They sell a little speaker communicator thingy that plugs into the x-box controllers. No use for some gay looking headphones now. It should run you 20-25 bucks I believe. You can pick it up at Wal-Mart or a game store.



Anyhow, back on topic. Damn ******' wankas.
