don't know why my sig isn't showing up (with a pic of it as it is now).. it's a charcoal grey FD with MS GTC nose, hood and wing on it... tube chassis and 20B... full track car only.
I hadn't really thought about it... but the Zero graphics would make alot more sense huh? I was gonna do P51 graphics. We'll have to see... although, i'd feel bad about putting the lil "shot down American signs" on it.

Hmmm, your sig is still not showing. I clicked on your garage and had a look.
Yeah I thought it might be a bit weird to put American fighter graphics on a Japanese car.
Your car is a similar color to one of my FC's which is Toronado silver. When I park it next my other FC's which are black, it looks bland, because the dark silver masks the body lines of the car. Changing the body color of a car is a lot of work, but I think it would make the lines stand out more. A nice modern bright white with some carbon accents would bring things out, kinda Audi like if you know what I mean.

Don't want to do white and i absolutely hate the look of unpainted CF. Looks tacky to me. As far as it being alot of work, i don't mind much, i own my own bodyshop/restoration business.

I didnt like the look of raw CF either, but its kinda grown on me now that half the parts I have for my FC are CF. The Revolution CF car was awesome till they painted it.
I like white on the FD, mine is chaste white and every line really stands out on the car.
Are you after something newer or trendy for color? Bold and brash colors went away for awhile but even the OEM's are painting some cars really harsh colors now. There is a really nice light silver that is a BMW paint code that has black flake in it, it really brings out the lines in a car. Super deep color. The other nice color is that deep red metallic that dodge uses.

started painting the rear wing like an aircraft yesterday just to see how bad it's gonna be, figure that's the easiest thing on the car to redo if i screw it up. Looks cool so far, how ****, my fingers are tired of taping **** up already.
I'll post pics in the next few days of it.
