Our house is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 car garage with a room over the garage, catherdral ceilings, fireplace, surround sound, security system, privacy fence, new carpet, new paint in and out recently......super nice lets put it that way! Cost us 85k after they dropped the price from 90k, and they are paying 2k of the closing cost.
the house is in hopatcong jon...damn i can't wait to move in...

Damn you guys are lucky to get prices like that. We are looking for our house now, but for 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths, living room, dining etc..... Garage we are looking at about $500,000 and that doesnt include the property/tax and *****, which sometimes is around $300,000 depending on where your at.

i got a lot of friends and family that have moved to NC, sanford and rocky mount area, close to raleigh. its nice and cheap, i guess, but i got a secure job here. i wouldnt mind moving somewhere where its warm 95% of the time.
