I'll make this quick.
Worked in Sydney, with my dad's company and I had a $95,000 job going. 18 workers for a government car park, 2 floors high 90 cars carpark. Our architect gives me carpark lay out and collums locations, mesurements, all the paper work crap for the new development area. Job completed in 4 months, 1 month ahead of schedule(sweet $10.000 bonus for me) and at the end of all that the architech comes back with a government rep telling me and my dad that the carpark is on the wrong side of the street. My heart hit the floor and my dad took it from there. I wonder what the architect is up to these days.
