Had a friend who just had a cold, coughing up blood, just form coughing a lot. He also broke some of his ribs and seperated catriledge from his ribs from coughing so hard.



You might want to go to the doc though.

tis mearly a flesh wound.



i have bad sinus problems anyway.... wondering if it is just drainage from that? Either that or i picked up something nasty over in Iraq last year.

I'd have to say go to the doctor on that. Coughing up blood is not generally a healthy sign.

Ok, straight blood or blood mixed with mucus? Graphic I know, but a neccessary question for an accurate diagnosis.
