I never had any problems with any of that stuff. My math test taking formula:
Study 2 hours every day for 7 days prior to the test, review formulas and write them out on paper on last day.
Shot of Vodka or Cognac before a good 8 hours of sleep prior to getting into class.
Listen to really fast rap (Twista) to get me pumped, I lip sing along too to a powerfull song like Twista's, Kill Us All all the way to school.
That's it, no anxiety, no nervousness, nothing.
When I get into class, I'm as cold as ice, I don't talk or conversate, I nod if people ask me questions.
LOL, this **** works so well for me that bombs could be going off around and I'd still be calm and collected. Just relax dude, you can make it.

****, if I could study for 2 hours a day for each exam, you could be beating me with a bat and I'd still get 100% every time.
LOL, high school was the time for me to **** around with homework etc. but I don't have any friends in College per say. I'm competing against every one of those people and I always bring a bazooka to a knife fight.

Why can't you Ed? I don't care if the whole world is collapsing around me, nothing can stop me from my studying. I haven't gotten **** but A's on every test I took this past year, I have the means to get this **** right every time, so when test time rolls around, I go into no bullshit mode. Study a week prior, and it's all good.

Have your life get really fucked up, have some chick rip your heart out because you trusted her, go through life out in the cold, lonely real world with no money and no parents to trust or fall back on, and only temp jobs to keep you afloat, then you will develop a sense of self sufficiency over a few years of building yourself back up and moving away from fucked up places. If you can get through **** like that, tests will be games.

I don't even study until I procrastinate to the point of being very pressured. Then I cram the entire day before the midterm if it is in the evening. Other tests like Graphic Design / Pro E modeling I just study a little bit for the week prior and don't even think about until the sheet is in front of me. The wisdom of the Buddha allows me to control my mind and make it stop being agitated.
But seriously, if you haven't pulled yourself through some very challinging situations, tests will stress you out. Blah, I don't know what I'm talking about.
