Next Wednesday we're heading up to Tennessee. We'll be the Mazda 5, and my brother and his 2 roommates are coming up later in the day in the Mazda 3 hatch. The 3 has horrible tires on it, so he was wanting to borrow mine off my 7, which are the 8" wide '99 mustang gt wheels, with 245/45/17 all around. The tires are nearly new, so they should be a lot better for the trip than what he has on their now (azenis losing air, with no tread). Any idea if these will fit on the 3?

...and to make this work in gend, um, POOP!LOL

stock 3 wheel is a 17x6.5, usually they list the offset, but for some reason not on the 3, if ihad to guess, id say its 50...

sooooOooo the mustang rims will bolt on, but should stick out, might look cool eh?

Does stick out necessarily mean, it'll bust up the fenders?

Good point. I'll just slap them on there this weekend and drive around, see what happens. If the paint gets messed up, I'll claim it was already like that, or that his car messed up my tires, not the other way around.

doubt 245s will fit...

bolt the wheels on front or rear .. jack up the opposite..

you should get a better view of how she will clear..
