T51s Rx7 Fc Tuning Session Video
Yep, we call it Pro-Start. Many other names out there... Two-step, Anti-Lag, Stutter Box
Basically just the secondary rev limiter. He's running it somewhere over 7000 rpm and building a little boost out of the hole.
On my SR20DET, I run mine at 5200 and make a full 15psi before I ever let out the clutch.
Then the boost rockets up to 23psi from there and never lets up. This not only helps out eliminating lag off the line, it makes 1st and 2nd gears a lot quicker... You get to full boost much sooner than normal on a large turbo.
Our only 'track' here is sadly 150 meters long. Thats the best 'timed' runs we'll get of this car anytime soon.

Yup, well, driving like that is bad for the tires, the axles, the diff, the driveshaft, the uni-body, the clutch, the entire engine, the turbo... you see where I'm going with this?
