I have all 3 of their cds. Great band, but a lil too political at times.

Nobody's more polictical (or i mean was) than Rage against the Machine. But they both rock. I love "spiders."

The new green day cd would be good if it wasn't ruined by politics...

yeah but if you took out all of the politics thered be nothing left but instrumentals. thats why i cant stand to listen to that cd, its all a bunch of far left whining about bush. same reason why im trying to switch my government class to get a different instructor after the first day. all she did was sit there for an hour and talk about how awful the government is and that homeland security is a total invasion of privacy and rights. then she says that she didnt see a bunch of iraqis crashing planes on sept 11th, and if she doesnt know the relation between iraq and sept 11th then she needs to pay more attn to the news and take a little time off from teaching GOVERNMENT until she gets her facts straight

i used to like system a ton about 4 years ago.. just before they got big. now i could really care less about them.

going to the concert was more for the experience than for the music. i've been told by a ton of people that they were insane.. well, it was more the crowd than the band.. but overall a lot of fun.

SOAD is a great band.

And Rage Against the Machine being political, how come one of the tours they were on was sponsored by Pepsi??

Didn't Zach leave the band because it was getting away from the politics, and becoming more of a gimmick?
