Reliable as **** HP.

You can hit low 400s on the stock turbos with bolt ons.

Local guy running nothing more than a fuel pressure regulator for tuning slapped a t78 on his and made 450.

Another guys I know with a 67 trim has an safc to control fuel and is making 490.

Not uncommon at all.

Once you actually get the car cheap and easy horsepower. 6speed will never break on you and the engine will last forever.

kinda heavy and doesnt have the styling of an FD but the relability and easy horsepower factors are nice. Rotaries are nice, but so is having 500rwhp and not even coming close to pushing the limits of your engine as well as not having to worry about it ever blowing up.

dunno...Ive been in two 650 WHP. Quick but the FD does it at 350 plus....

It does feel heavy. However if you put the 12000 HP stuff, now your talking.

supras are nice....and they do have one hell of an engine...but the market for them from what I see is extremely pricey...I wouldnt say overpriced...but very pricey...the money some people want for them is close to what you can buy an older ferrari for

My friend has one, '97 limited edition, I do alot of the work on it.

Right now has:

70mm turbo

4" HKS exhaust

HKS bov

HKS cams

HKS Intake

Not sure on the intah koolah but I think it's a Greddy kit

AEM ECU (fully tuned)

And, of course, the misc gauges and wO2 stuff to go along with it.

16x13 rear tires (stretched stock rims)

Stock front size (stock rims)

Just about to finish the 6 spd swap, with a stage 3 clutch and light flywheel

Before the tranny swap and the turbo upgrade from the 62 he had on it, was pushing 500whp during the tune, hit a brick wall there because of the stock injectors running max duty. Aiming for 600+

Anything you wanna know just ask. I've spent ALOT of time under the hood of one.

You should do an FB, 20b swap. Yum yum! Just find a clean chassis, and go nuts!
