just because the stick is long doesnt mean it doesnt have a short throw (short shifter) Ive driven many cars including a couple 7's where they bought the short shifter kit and the stick was tall but it had a short throw. Unlike me, I just took my dremol and cut the stick about 3 inchs. (Budget Racer)
