I don't what the hell is up with my, but I have spent the last two days on the couch, whenever I get up and move around I have to head to the toilet and bring my last meal up

I doubt I will go to work tomorrow.

Yea it must be the flu, I don't what else it could be. I haven't eaten or drank anything that could have made me this sick in 3 days.

Can you keep anything down? Are you able to keep liquids down? Hows your stomach/instestines feel?

yeah i had that a few weeks back got over it in about 3 days but it sucked while i had it. Just sleep as much as you can and drink liquids that's what I did and it seemed to help
