I don't what the hell is up with my, but I have spent the last two days on the couch, whenever I get up and move around I have to head to the toilet and bring my last meal up :(

Yea it must be the flu, I don't what else it could be. I haven't eaten or drank anything that could have made me this sick in 3 days.

Can you keep anything down? Are you able to keep liquids down? Hows your stomach/instestines feel?

yeah i had that a few weeks back got over it in about 3 days but it sucked while i had it. Just sleep as much as you can and drink liquids that's what I did and it seemed to help

i'm pretty sure i had a stomach virus. well i had a cold then a stomach wow that weeked sucked ass.....

Keep drining water and when you can eats raw veggies.

It clears the mucas out of your system.

I just had some soup and a cheese sandwich, was able to keep that down. I was barely able to keep water and iced tea down early this morning.

Yea I am not really hungry right now, nothing sounds good at all. I have drank more tea today then I have in my entire lifetime LOL hot and cold.

Oh yea funny you should mention that, I bought a thing of vodka to make lemon drops with this weekend. Still sitting untouched, my stomach grumbled just thinking about it.



The worst part has been one minute I am sweating like a mofo, the next I am freezing my ass off. I finally set the heat in the bedroom and opened the door in the living room, now I just change rooms.

Actually I have a viral illness as well(cold). Tried this relatively new over-the-counter medication,

Zicam. It is supposed to decrease the duration and the severity of cold symptoms such as coughing, sore throat, nasal congestion, sneezing.

It's pricey at $10 but the damn thing really works.

Too bad it's not for GI viral illnesses.

I think vosko gave you this virus through the board or something.
